Insurance Policy

An applicant for an Aggregator license from the GoldBod is required to provide;

A Bank Guarantee or an Advance Payment Guarantee from a recognized financial institution to secure the funds he seeks from GoldBod as trade capital.
The Advance Payment Guarantee shall be accompanied by a Counter Indemnity instrument.
The Advance Payment Guarantee shall conform to the template provided below:
